Matt, I'll give you one more bit of advice, when you substitute food or something instead of a cigarrette, be careful what that is. As I posted previously almost six years quit, but in those same six years I went from 235 lbs. to 365lbs.(I'm now working on getting rid of that-- 25lbs.and counting) But I still wouldn't go back to smoking to lose the weight.(if that would do it)

Likewise, Matt.  Hope you're still sticking with it.  By this time, if you are, you should get the thought in your mind that there's no point whatsoever in going back.  A smoke right now will only taste crappy until you get used to smoking again--and there's not much point in that. Why become accustomed again to something so harmful and expensive.  Continued good luck Matt.
