Outside neck turner print?

I know I'm being cheap, but am thinking about making an outside neck turner. I have the access to machine shop equipment and can muddle thru about anything, unless it has to be closer than .001 ;D. Before I have to make several to get a working one, does anyone have a print for one. Thanks, Don
