This is turning out to be the Year of the Golf Ball.

I think I'd like to try a golf-ball thundermug!

Thanks Tim, you got me distracted...went out to the shop to look for something for a project and as I was going through the metal scrap bucket I came across reject prototype golf ball mortar remnant from the Golf ball mortar project...  barrel was to shor and i didn't like the breech plug...cleaned it up last night and will vent it later today and make a handle and I will have a thunder mug.
