Thank God for the quick actions of this math teacher.   He truly is a hero.

The shooters father should be strung up for not securing his hunting rifle where his 32 year old son with a history of mental problems and an assault record could not get to it.   What the hell as he thinking?

Our society isn't turning out many men who have what it takes, thank God he is one of those who do.  Brett is right about the availabilithy of the gun in this situation, so hang on for the media backlash that will start about the gun.

Thinking back on the coloumbine incident they should make him the head of the local swat team because the last time their lack of action was the only outstanding thing.
the nation that forgets it defenders will itself be forgotten

I'm glad this man succeeded in this dangerous situation. He truly is a hero. He acted selflessly for the defense of others.
