After coming out of the woods this morning, I rode to a local shop and bought a Knight disc "elite" stainless black stock 50 cal. I came home and took my Bushnell 3200 3-9X40  off my Austin & Hallack and put on the Knight. Went to the range and zeroed her in. Only had some Knight powerbelt 260's and used 100 gr. Pyrodex. She shot good but not great(about 2"). Absolutely no flyers like I've been having. I will be getting some different bullets and some 777 and find that magic load. Went to the woods at 3:00 PM. About 15 minutes before dark, a nice 7 pointer came down the ridge and gave me a shot at 80 yards. He ran about 50 yards and piled up. What a great day :D ! Don

Thanks King, I am enjoying my new rifle. I am going to enjoy trying some different loads and powder. I would like to shot 777 as I like the ease of cleaning and may try some "dead center" bullets as I've heard good things about them. Stay safe and hunt hard :D  Don
