Castor based Beaver Lures
« on: March 10, 2010, 12:50:39 PM »
With escalating castor prices, those seeking castor based beaver lures, may want to pick them up now.
I know with the Beaver Lures I produce,it is almost to the point where I can sell the castors and be ahead of the game.No grinding and formulating, bottling and labeling-no packaging and no trips to the post office.
The majority of the lure I have on hand, was made from beaver I caught- so for the present time,I haven't raised prices. But as a word of warning,it is coming in the near future.

I hear ya' Tom, with the current price being paid for castor I couldn't afford to buy any and make a profit selling beaver lure or other lures that contain a lot of castor.  The only way I've been able to roll with the punches so to speak throughout the years with skyrocketing ingredient prices is to always keep myself well stocked on good ingredients when the prices are reasonable.  Asa
