Try these low noise thumpers...

200 gr cast bullets with 6.0 grs. Red Dot.  I can go all the way down to 4.0 with mine, but be careful going too low or you can stick one in the chamber. 6.0 grs will also work with jacketed bullets if they are .308 diameter in a barrel intended for .310 bullets.

If you want some hot loads for .308 or .310 bullets let me know what powders you are using.  I have data for 100- 150 gr bullets.  Most of the loads I have for 150's are with AA powders.

i have been loading  18.0 of aa-xmp 5744  with 100 & 110 grain

in my 12 in bullberry with open sights
also a 10 in 357 MAX
