Wouldn't it be cool?

Dad has one of the orig Rem 5mm rifles and for years you could buy the guns but no ammo, now the ammo is back and the guns are gone. Wouldn't it be cool if NEF would come out with a barrel for one? Dads Rem is a good shooting rifle and the round is neat as well (I think) and needs to be brought back to life.

Stimpylu32 has a 5mm Handi. I got a 592 and love it crazy fun on the Prairie dogs.I very much doubt H&R will ever make one as they are not even make the ones that they have for yrs .I just hope the party ain't over for these guns. Kurt

Most don't know what a 5mm is its what a 17HMR will never be... I have a 17HMR and still most of the time I will grab my 22 Hornet. Dad called me one night and asked what a 5mm Rem was so after a look on the net told him to keep it away and bring it out the next time he came... Very sweet shooting gun.
