Lawdog Speaking as someone who has only observed them being shot (I don't own one) yes they are highly accurate. I've also been frequenting on the Savage muzzleloading message board (email me for the link) and some of the groups rival centerfire groups. When you consider that these fellows are shooting .45 caliber bullets and rivaling a centerfire group that's pretty impressive.
