Perfect Encore Tool

I've read posts from people on the difficulty of changing barrels in the field or at the range. Some time back I bought a cheap tool at an Ace Hardware store that totally revolutionized my Encore experiance. It was a brass machinist's hammer that included several screw drivers within the handle. I believe I paid about $6 for it. This tool contained every size and shape screw driver I need for take down of all my Encore barrels as well as a perfect diameter, non-marring shank for pushing out the hinge pin. If you can find this tool at an Ace Hardware store, or any other store I highly recommend it for all Encore owners.

I wonder if Sears has them? I have about $500.00 in gift cards I have to use before they expire. I wish they still sold hunting stuff like they used to! :(

Can you help us with a part number from ACE?  My ACE guy couldn't find it in his catalog.  Sounds like a good thing to have in the shooting bag.

You might check with Harbor Freight also, have seen them in there. Sometimes they show up in the discount tool bin's at automotive stores too.
