Where to find Blackpowder Cannons and shooting supplies
sticky also has a section for places to buy plans.
Cannon plans
Antique Ordnance Publishers
Jerry Howell 1779 24 PDR
Delta Press-Beer Can Mortar
Dixie Gunworks
Maryland Silver.com
Building 18th Century Naval Artillery
Scale Model Civil War Cannons
The plans from Antique Ordnance Publishers are full scale drawings. Antique Ordnance includes in their package a scale multiplier chart so you can reduce the plans to make scale down models. For instance according to the scale multiplier if you want to build a 1/6 scale model from the full scale plans, just multiply each dimension by .167. 1/4 scale multiply by .250.
