Went to 800 table gun show, saw 2 Handi rifles for sale

Both used 30-30's. $269 with Tasco and NW serial. Other was $295. No scope and a shotgun forearm, I did not even look twice. Plenty of EBR's and levers. Almost makes one appreciate Gander Mountain. On the other hand, primers are back. $122 OTD for 5k.

Also saw 2 shorty 12 gauges, not for sale, but pimped out with tactical add ons. ATI stock and a first for me. A slip on RUBBER muzzle break. Ineffective because the are no holes in the muzzle, but it does succeed in making the muzzle look much bigger and meaner. Of course it covers the bead sight. Wonder if it will melt?

That's interesting, I was at a show yesterday and got lucky enough to score a 45-70 for a decent price.
But, it was a big show for my area, covered 2 floors at a local high school, gym, another 1/2 BB court, cafetieria and down/around the hallways. I'd guesstamate 5-600 tables. Bout' half the tables fishing stuff, knifes and novelty's.
Anyway's, there was maybe 6-8 shotguns and ONLY 2 SB2 rifles in the whole place! I worked that entire show, looked at every gun rack and table, really. I had to take a lunch break then go back.
Black guns and tactical stuff seemed to be predominate. Primers where back and only slightly higher than the local shops, 35 per K. Got some powder @ $23-24 per# and some bullets. No super bargins, but reasonable gun show costs and available.
