Great video and great concept. Unfortunately more american jobs lost to offshore plants. The last sentence was the ball breaker for me. Ford would love to build plants like this in the U.S., but the UAW won't allow it. If it wasn't for the UAW and other labor unions fighting Ford and other companies in the U.S. we wouldn't be building squat in this country. Don't knock the UAW or other unions, they just may have saved your job in the process. Being a UAW member from 1972 -2009 retired now. I remember in 1972 over 6000 people working at our plant. The local news just let out that 70 people are being recalled from layoff April 5th. this is going to bring the total including salary people to just under 600 employees. These companies do what they want unions or not. >:( God Bless the U.S.A

It has gotten to the point where the Nipponese brands are more American than the big three brands. Yup those unions are really helping the US worker already, helping them right out of their jobs.

Are you sure about that? Do you know that their stock isn't owned by folks world wide? I don't have a clue but would bet it is traded on the Japanese stock exchange and owned by folks world wide.

These days that's the case with most all corporations. For all I know might be more American ownership in them than in the US companies. I could care less where the profits are going they are putting Americans to work while the big three are ending jobs here and moving them out of country.
