You might just have to burn a few different commercial boxes to get started. I know it is not ideal, but at least you may discover a commercial load your piece likes a lot in the process. I did this with my 22 Hornet, and hands-down the Winchester White Box 46gr HP were amazing, trouble with that is I could never get hold of the bullets to try and replicate it in handloads.

Good luck.

I would buy an H&R chambered for 327 Fed in a heartbeat, being able to shoot 4 different loads in a rifle would be great.

BB

Every place I have checked either says , " Coming Soon " or " Back Ordered " which leads me to think there is none in the pipe line yet , BUT some is being made .

You may be stuck with Factory ammo for a bit more -- if you can even find that right now .  ;D
