Hey Pete,
I just read through the thread for the first shotgun giveaway. Prior to that I had only read the thread on the second drawing and did not realize that the true purpose of this was to get a young kid started with hunting and H&R guns. I shoot a 44 Mag, my son shoots his own 45-70. Even though I still (and may always) think of him as a kid, he just made 18 and is definitely already "started." Most of the stuff in the starter pack (ammo, sling, turkey calls, muffs/ear-plugs) is already in my gun closet. I signed him up for the drawing because he wants a shotgun, but he would be very happy with a barrel that would fit the rifle he already has. We can afford that and just need to find one.
In keeping with the spirit and intent of the "starter kit", I think a redraw may be appropriate. I would prefer if it goes to a kid who is getting his very first hunting gun.

We did the drawing over, and Lucky Joe is indeed "Lucky Joe" He won it. I'll need an FFL and the other doners will need a shipping address
