   I HAVE A CHANCE TO BUY A NEW SIDE KICK MUZZLELOADER FOR $225
devil on one shoulder say's don't buy it
angel on other shoulder say's buy it
   WHO SHOULD I LISTEN TO? PLEASE TWIST MY ARM ,  IT WON'T TAKE MUCH TWISTING!

With a couple of aftermarket additions that will become one of the most reliable and flexible muzzleloaders you could have. They will shoot just about anything for powder or sabot-bullets as well as conicals. The triggers are well known as nice as received. Replace the poor ramrod and convert for carrierless ignition and you are set. I added a stock that is designed better for a scope on my Huntsman. If you scope the rifle send for the base from H&R/NEF as some other manufacturers bases do not work as well. Other than my Whites this is a first choice over several other rifles that I have. My Omega is down the line from there as well as my Knight Rollingblock. They are good but I like the NEF better.

  oh yeah,  i bought it!!!!  now i need a little help, where do i get the carrierless ignition and i see that you get the ramrod from Mr.Hubbard.  I have been shooting a 56 cal smoothbore renegade, damn does it shoot well. but  I can't wait to get the sidekick

I just received my carrierless ignition plug from Nick today. The craftsmanship is great and it threads in as easily as my factory plug. I stuffed the o ring down in it and I'm ready to roll! Ben Hubbard told me a couple of days ago that he's going through a BATF inspection and will get my rod out in a few days. As for buying a sidekick. I've owned some much more expensive muzzleloaders. This one beats them all handsdown. With these two upgrades it's my all time favorite. You'll love it!
