I believe that to be false info.

Just a very short while ago I read that there is even stronger language in the newest military funding bill preventing a recurrence of that situation and making it abundantly clear that military brass will/must be made available for public use for reloading.

I dunno, I think it was in one of the magazines I get monthly might have been American Hunter. The article was touching on things political and there was a blurp about this bragging that things had been strengthed. I generally toss magazines like that after reading them so can't go back to grab it. Should be something on the NRA site about it if it was American Hunter mag.
