Haven't heard any gobble yet.  Have heard then hens squawk a little and did see a couple of nice gobblers on side of road in town.  Nothing out in the Ntl forest yet.  Not even a peep.

we heard them last month in Idaho, with snow on the ground

heard a couple last week here in Chatham County

I saw two the other day walking down the sidewalk. No, really, down the sidewalk on my way to the Dentist. Yes, a real turkey, as in bird. :)
