GP100 44 spec or 45LC Conversion?

Is it possible to get a Ruger GP100 converted to a 5 shot 45LC or 44 special?

If so, who does it and about how much would it cost ?

I know dave clements was doing them in 41 special but i dont know if he does them any bigger.
