barrel fitting time

About how much lead time is the factory giving on accessory barrels right now? Are they really busy? Thinking about sending in my daughters frame and have a new .357mag barrel fitted.

See the Ilion Satisfaction Poll in the FAQs for the latest report, last post I recollect is they're still not available, best to call several times and see what they tell you.

I called 3 times in two days 3 different people and got the same thing they dont have any barrels and its about 3 mo. wait.

Sent frame and etc in last June for a 35 Whelen Bbl. I'm still waiting. :(. By the way, stopped in Wally world last week and talked to the Asst. Mgr. (my Nephew). He checked on the availibility of a 30 30 and there was one in stock. So, I am waiting for it to arrive. I just couldn't help it. At my age, I should know better than to look a new Handi. Don't know how long this "fix" will last. I wonder if there's a place for a man to go for the addiction created by these Handies. Maybe there's a place in Hattiesburg Ms., you know, sorta like where Tiger Woods went for treatment. ;D
