Gun rules in NY State...

  I know they can be hard to puzzle out, so I want somebody who knows quite certain to clue me in.
    Is the stock for my Marlin 795, shown in the below link, legal in NY State ?

Yep!  Legal.  It's a fixed stock and that makes it legal.  Your only problem is some fresh out of the academy know it all who thinks it's a folder and breaks it in the effort to try and fold it up.
