God bless you all. I will have to work this weekend, ensuring that others have a blessed Easter. But I will get/give more than my share of hugs and chocolate bunnies.

A blessed Easter to you all too. We've gone to church Wed night and tonight going over the time leading up to the  crucifixion of Christ. Tonight the pastor showed a cat o nine tails, read scripture and had examples of what Jesus endured for us all. Very humbling. We watched parts of a movie too, up to sealing the tomb. Sadly it will just be another day to many, if not most folks. Those without Jesus in their lives are missing out on the greatest gift of all. POWDERMAN.

The Resurrection shows that the Gospel is true. Because of the Resurrection of Christ, we can have the gift of eternal life. That is one of the most important reasons for the life, death, and resurrection of Christ. Because Jesus rose from the dead, we too can rise from the dead, through his Grace. No one could be saved and go to Heaven without the resurrection of Jesus.

The preaching of Christianity would be a moot point if not for the fact that Jesus did rise from the dead.
