I was looking at the site for Enviromental Working Group, and it has lists of the missouri farmers that recieved subsidies and how much. I Know a couple of these farmers and most of this is for C.R.P. ground( they are payed not to plant it). They are also the last that would need the money. pretty impressive one farm got over a million dollers in a 5 year period, this is in a county with no factories. Just thought it was interesting.
