Do I need a special jig to open the bolt face on a vz-24? Or do i just chuck on to the bolt body?
Pacific tool gauge has reamers and headspace gauges for this round if your interested.

Thanks for the info about the reamers and guages..  As to jigs, I wouldn't use one.  I would set up between centers and install a steadyrest.  Drive off the chuck using the bolt handle.   I use a grinder to cut the face as the ejector fillet is really hard on carbide tools..  Although I've not done a wssm round..  I think if I were into a new 6mm round I'd try the 6mm-06 or perhaps a 240 Gibbs...   Good luck with the new project..  If you have the means I'd really be interested in the performance you get with this round....
