The time period referenced in the article is when Republicans like Foley, Haggard, Craig, Allen and Murphy were in power so I wouldn't be surprised if the sites being visited were gay porn sites.

Even Barney Fag wasn't involved in this one, even though he and Chris Dodd may have started it all at Freddie Mac and FannieMae..(likely Barney was perhaps too busy watching some Freddie's Fannie).
