Well, first off, they're not really pigs, so don't expect "the other white meat." They are quite interesting to hunt. With their relatively poor eyesight, they seem custom made to hunt with a bow or handgun. Many folks swear that they're the nastiest things since boiled carp, but I don't agree. When grilled slowly and kept moist, I've found the meat to be quite tender and very tasty. I think the trick is to get the hide (and its associated glands) off quickly and the get the meat cooled as fast as you can.
