Is this a custom barrel I think it is a EDM cut chamber. Anybody know

Yes, the chamber is EDM cut.  I've heard they're very good but have no personal experience with them.

OTT barrels are quality of the highest order and feature perhaps the tightest tolerances of any TC barrels ever made, hence the LONG waiting list for new barrels from this maker.
