What model are you getting?  Heavy barrel or hunting contour?  Wood stock or tupperware?

My son has a heavy barreled Savage 111 in 7mm Remington Mag with the tupperware stock. Savage had originally billed it as a "varmint" model.  (Yeah, like anyone is going varminting with a 7mm Magnum.)  After several sessions at the reloading bench we found a load using IMR 4831 and 140 Nosler ballistic tip bullets that gives him 3025fps and 0.5 MOA accuracy.  We haven't found a reason to change that combination.

std. barrel and comp. stock. Shot some 175 grain federal soft points that came with the rifle and I was shooting right around an inch at 100. I would like to use something lighter than 175's just wanted to check to see what everyone else shot in there rifle.
