Any H&R stock will fit, the forend is another matter tho, the 2008 parts list shows a fore end assembly wood M03207 $19.95, probably FM3207 now if they have one.

I was able to route out the ramrod channel in a laminated forend from Boyd's, though it took a lot of chisel work to square up the back of the channel without weakening the area around where the forend screw escutcheon on the barrel passes through.  Needed a 1/8" longer screw when I was done since the Boyd's forend runs a bit thicker than the Choate-made plastic version, so I got an oval-headed stainless steel screw at the local hardware store and it gives better grip to my screwdriver tip.  Another area that took some time was inletting the recess for the ramrod retaining spring.  Probably why most guys who add wood or laminated buttstocks still have the plastic forend in their pictures.  Will try to post you some pictures this weekend if I can find them.
