Reloading for pistols

I'm new to reloading so this might be a stupid question but here it goes.
I currently have a good stock of IMR 3031 that I use to load everything I have. Serves me very well.

My question is since I have a good supply of 3031 Has anyone ever used it to load pistol round with.
I will be loading 9mm Luger and 38 special as well as 357 mags.

If anyone has can you list some loads....

The way to get the loading info you seek is to check in your reloading manual.   

3031 is a versatile powder but you won't find 3031 listed for any handgun round.

 IMR 3031 would be a total mis-match for the handgun rounds mentioned. The only time you will see it listed for handguns is with a single shot pistol shooting a 308 & such. The rounds you mentioned are rather easy to load for & there are plenty of powders that would cover those & more. Powder lasts a long time, may as well get the right stuff for the job. For your rounds some that come to mind, Hodgdon Universal,Titegroup, Unique,win-231, & others.

If you want a versatile powder to load the calibers you mentioned pick up a can of Unique. It's served me well for many years and I've noticed here in Alabama it's one of the least expensive powders on the shelf.

I agree that 3031 is a versatile powder, but I've never seen it recommended for pistol work.

I also agree that Unique is a wonderfully versatile powder.  Most reloaders I know keep a pound or two of Unique on the bench.  I use Unique in a half-dozen different cartridges, for pistol and cast-bullet loads in my rifles.

Do you reload any shotgun?
A lot of Shotgun Powders are also good handgun powders.
I reload Blue and green dot for shotgun and use them for 44 mag, 10mm, and 45 Acp.
