pocket police .36 cal.

has anyone here fired .375/130 gr. conical bullets in these small revolvers. i am curios as to the powder charge involved. ???. thanks, dinger.

It's not very impressive. Velocity is much lower then with balls, and not as accurate. The Lee bullets don't carry enough lube to keep the fouling soft, and if you put a lube wad under the bullet there's not much room for powder. I stick to balls.

your right about the velocity. i used 11 grs. of pyrodex p and averaged 570 fps. 15 grs. of the same under a rb gave me 690 fps with room for 3 or 4 more grs. chamber mouths were sealed with t/c bore butter. thanks for the reply, dinger.
