« on: June 17, 2010, 11:50:53 AM »
Hello, ladies and gents, from the natural state! I've enjoyed hunting and shooting throughout my life and this looks like a great place to share my experiences and learn some new things. Have a great day!

I get to Arkansas ever chance I get!
A few years back went to Conway to take a traditional bow shooting school from Rick Welch! Beautiful country!
Also my yougest son and I are true " Razorback" fans! Although it get`s a little tough to watch the Tiger`s and Hog`s square off :) as we are originally from Louisiana( N.W.)!
Have you ever seen any true razorback pigs? One time we were going to Hot Springs and on one of the windind mountain roads a sow and eight piglets ran across the road and they had the rusty red color and the razorback spines and straight tails! Neat looking "piggies"!

The Hogs and Tigers have had some exciting games over the years; hopefully this year should be no exception. I swear last years game shaved a few years off my life!  :o The end of August can't get here fast enough!

I have never seen any true razorback hogs. I bet one of those would make a fine trophy. It's said that the razorbacks have been extinct for a long time, maybe there are still a few lingering around. All of the hogs I've seen have been of the feral variety and a handful of Russians.
