Its almost to hot and sticky to be out and shooting. I don't know if its going to let up soon or not but, ya walk out the door and it just smacks ya in the face.

When the dewpoint is above 70* with temps in the mid 90s as it is today and will be for some days in the future, you don't feel the weather you wear it.  I really wanted to go shoot across the swamp this afternoon, (fathers day) but it just plain ain't happenin!  Maybe early in the mornin? 

BTW, don't seem to be hurtin the coyotes much.  A heard of the buggers came howlin through the yard about 11:00 last night.  They were half way across the back field before I understood what the noise actually was.

Got a bunch of shootin to do but not right now. Have to get there by first light to even come close to a good temp.

  It sure has been hot out recently and I haven't been taking the time to shoot like I should. I sure have been on the lawn mower alot this year tho.... :P

+10 :P  Not my favorite sport though.  Just out of curiosity, am I the only one who has a pistol holster mounted to his mower????  Seriously,  I have a holster mounted to my Great Dane mower that usually houses my Smith 22A and sometimes a 45.  The vibration of the mower seems to bring up the moles and I'm not one to miss out on a chance to defend what is mine.   ;D ;D ;D

LOL you could juice up your Great Dane. Like Tool time Tim. make sure you wear a helmet.

 Hot? Come to work with me. On an asphalt parking lot, working on tractor trailers. With no shelter. But hey I am not complainging. I have a job woohoo!

People that drive by when they see me mowin prob think I'm the crazy guy, I mow with my atv and a pull behind mower and my gun rack has a rifle of somekind on it and most of the time I have my 38 on a my belt. Ya just never know what will walk out while mowin, thank God I live out in the country and not in city limits so I don't have to carry more guns than that.... HA HA HA.

That is why I love living in the country. Maybe it will keep the city folks closer to town ;)
