Anyone shooting 75gr A-max in an AR?

I just got some for my Colt AR15 HBAR 20" with 1-7 twist. Just wondering if anyone else is shooting them and what kind  results have you had.

They won't fit in a AR magazine and will have to be single loaded so the box I bought a long time ago is still sitting on my bench covered with dust.  Guess I'm no help but I thought I'd mention that you'd have to shoot'em one at a time just in case you didn't know.     Dave

They shoot great .  Single loading sucks!   Buy the Hornady 75gr BTHP's and have more fun!

 Yea I'm finding that out?  So what OAL do you guys use to load singles!   I did also buy the Hornaday 75 gr HPBT which seems to work for the AR mags at 2.260" OAL!!

454,  I don't remember what OAL I used for for the few I shot, I don't even remember how well they shot either.  I'm sure I loaded them where they were almost touching the lands.  When I bought them I had planned on shooting them from mags and after shooting a handful of them in single shot mode I put the box away.  By the way I've had good luck with the 75gr hornady hpbt in my ar, they shoot half moa at 100yds and able to pop balloons at 450yds, I'm happy with that.   Dave
