Finn Classic 512 in 9,3x74R
« on: June 27, 2010, 11:25:48 AM »
Anyone own one of these with double rifle barrels? If you do, how do you like it? I realize this is a newer version of the Valmet 412 but am looking for comments of new 512 owners.
Also, does anyone know of sources to order one? The only person I can find who carries these rifles is Russ Gould at Double rifle Hdqts.

Those are made in Italy.

If your looking for a Valmet 412, then you should check out gunbroker, auctionarms or gunsinternational.  There are several Valmet 412 combos and shotguns listed there.

What specifically are you looking for?

Finn Classic 512 in 9,3x74R. That is why I asked if anyone owned THIS model. They are not made in the same country the Valmet was.

I owned a Valmet but I am trying to find out if anyone actually owns or has shot a Finn Classic. Because I will not buy one unless I see some positive feedback on The FINN CLASSIC

if it where me I would buy the Valmet 412 9.3x74r on auctionarms for $1500  vs the Finnclassic for $2295.

I am trying to find out information about the new Finn Classic from people who may own one. But it seems no one has purchased one yet.

You might want to think about including Tikka owners. I believe Marocchi in Italy, who currently makes the Finn Classic, also made the Tikka 512.
