I buy, sell and sometimes shoot the Miroku manufactured Winchester and Browning BPCRs, and have also written a book on the rifles.  Just figured you guys might like to see some photos of the fine craftmanship.  The earlier Browning's and more recent Win. Creedmoor model came with sights.  These do not, but are setup to take sights with a front dovetail and drilled and tapped tang. See the link to my home page below for more details.
