Either stupid, or has some kind of "brain rot"!
      Using our National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) as a "kiss & make up" to the terrorists who blew 3,000 Americans away on 9/11/01 ! Yeah; kiss up to them, you imbecile !
     With that kind of thinking, it is no small wonder he is fast gaining such a reputation for bumbling and stupidity, that he is nudging Carter off his lonely roost !

The USA has always led the way in the space station funding. Nothings changed. Now it's built, and Russian and company don't really need us anymore. When we're completely broke, they will have it all to themselves, and can ARM IT (space station), and control the skies.
