Yup, I heard it is now law. I still want to see written verification. The local sporting goods store people are sad about their stock of 1x scopes, kinda useless, like the one I am about to take off my Savage. I have a nice Burris 4x I will use.

I don't know if you will see it in any reg manuals, but it does say it on the dnr website.  I also called them because I wanted verification before I go out and dump $300 on a ultimate slam and mounts. They said yep, it has passed.
