Guys, I really like my Marlins, but I also own 5 of the Rossi 92 copys and like the hell out of them too.  Marlin has had some issues, hasn't stopped me from buyin new ones.  As for buyin American, where was your computer made, your monitor, the parts that are hangin on your Dodge, Chevy or Ford car or truck?  How's that lap-top computer, TV, cell phone doin for ya, made here?  Hell, check yer clothing tag, Philippines, Viet Nam or another third world country?  I'm all for buying American, but most things ya buy have parts made elsewhere.  My chevy diesel was made in Canada and has parts from all over the world on it, never know if I need a metric or SAE wrench fer cryin out loud.  If ya see something ya like and can afford it, buy it and quit feeling guilty, our lawmakers put in the Trade agreement and the economy has only made it worse, not buying a product you want.  I'll get off the soap box now and let someone else up here.  DP

if anybody who wondered why the nra publication was more of an infomercial for the rifle, look at the description of the rifle on the rossi linked page in the original post. rossi is giving a 1 year junior membership to the nra to anybody who purchases one !!
