Basic gunsmithing info
« on: July 19, 2010, 05:02:38 PM »
What books would be a good starting place to learn basic gunsmithing? Nothing too technical just bedding actions, lapping barrels and trigger adjustments. Thanks

There are many books that are really helpful and we've been here before.. I suggest a search from the top of the page for 'books'. It will take you to many of the past references to this topic. Some are for reference books, some take down books and parts blowups.. some are very general and quite old, some such a Chicoines books are much newer but may cover an old weapon... It's almost impossible to have too much information available..
