I picked up a nice older TC frame with a factory 14" 357max barrel for a song as the pawn shop.  The owner stated that they don't make those bullets anymore.  I already had a DW in that caliber and enough brass for years of shooting.  The TC barrel shoots MOA at 100yds,  and loves the LBT 200gr LFN's.  I've taken a few deer with it and even a prairie dog.

I shot long range silhouette for years with a factory 10" & 14" TC Max. A few thousand rounds through both barrels and they still shoot better than I can. Did shoot about a 3" group once at 200 yds, shoot off using 50 yrd chickens at 200 yds. Just got a 24" Custom Shop Max barrel from Ed's and it holds 1" or less if I do my part at 100 yds.

I have a TC custom shop  16 in. 357max that I have had for about 4 years now. It is one of my most accurate encore pistol barrels I own, shoots way better than I do. If I had it to do over I would probably go with a 12 in. but I am very happy with the fit ,finnish, and performance of this one.
