bet you didnt think that was possible I had the beowulf out today and found a new load that outshot the previous load by a lot so i had 217 loaded rounds to blast off. the rocks caught hell but so did my sholder. Had so much fun doing it i didnt pay attention till i went to hop in the jeep and realized my arm was sore. that gun is one of the most fun guns i own!

I havent killed anything with it but the wife killed this 1600 lb water buffalo with it using belt mountain punch bullets. her face is all squinched up because she broke her nose on the scope when she shot it. She has short arms and like a dummy i retracted the stock to much and she wore a leupold.

You made me look!  I just couldn't imagine an AR getting to you like that, but now I understand.  Keep those big slugs flying and next time let your wife select her own stock-length.

silvertip the meats about all gone. Its time real soon, maybe this fall to shoot another one or a bison. I usually shoot one every year for meat. Shootall im a bit brain dead and when im having fun the brain kind of ignores recoil and pain. I didnt really notice it till i hopped in the jeep to go home. Ive got names for a couple of my guns and my wife has one for the beo but i think bill would be a bit angry if i posted it.
