So I found a youth Pardner 20ga...
« on: July 18, 2010, 11:41:50 AM »
Put it in my wife's closet.  $100 may have been too much, but she's happy. Clean, tight and has a laminated stock.  NT serial number.  Almost a shorty without cutting on it.  Feeling virtuous because I passed up a Win 94AE.

I can get a .357 barrel for this right?

i'm not sure but I think if you have a H&R pardner shotgun with the shotgun reciever you cannot get other barrels for it except other shotgun barrels something to do with fireing pin length or it's strength or something but let someone else correct me if i'm wrong

Congrats, the laminated stock makes it well worth $100!! Yes, any SB1 frame made 1987 or later that has a two letter serial number prefix starting with N or H  can be fitted with 357 or 44 mag barrels.  ;)
