Is there anyone who manufactures bottom metal to allow a bolt action 223 to handle AR-15 magazines?

I can not believe that there is not a single machinest entrepeneur who has not come up with a simple replacement bottom metal for remington,ruger and savage bolt guns to handle AR magazines.
