Can anyone help me find a stock for a 1920 model 94 with the curved but plate? I have the brass but the wood is gone.

Stock for older 94

greg:  Check out the Shotgun News.  Sometimes you see advertisements for older stock sets that have been reclaimed or are just available and sometimes you see stock makers offering special runs for cowboy guns and the like.  BTW, my oldest 94 was made in 1923, and I love it, stock dings and all.  Mikey.

Another place to check is at Ebay do a search under Winchester 94 or Winchester 1894. I see them listed all the time, usually originals for both carbines and rifles. Note however that on rifle stocks prior to about 1913 the buttplate tang is 1 9/16" while the later ones are 1 1/2 ". This is the area mortised out on the top of the stock. The measurements given are from the top point of the cresent to the end of the tang.
You mean to say there are rifles other than old Winchester leverguns ?

Have you checked with Gun Parts Corp? The old Numrich Arms Co. They are generally THE source for old gun parts.
