just can't see those tiny sights well enough to hit much of what i think i'm aiming at. What kind of after
market sights has anyone put on one of these and how hard and costly a job would this be? Thanks guys

Have you considered Novak's 3 dot system was popular in early 2000's -

Artful that looks about what i'm after. Does the dovetail in the slide fit the Novak and is the front
dovetailed on as well? 10-4 on the part #. thanks

Wound up checking the Novak site and found that milling is required, so between that and the cost...

Might look at these
I haven't used them yet, but am considering it for another handgun. It states CZ as one application. Although size might be a bit bulky. They have other models too and their pricing isn't too bad.
