At this point, cases will need to be full length sized and the shoulder set back so they will chamber and extract easily.setting the shoulder back, what does that mean?is this done doing the full length resizing?

Yes, full length sizing pushes the shoulder back (in a bottle-necked shell only) as the body is reduced to original dimensions.  In neck only sizing the body remains as-fired for longer shell life.  You should pick up a copy of a Lymans Manual and read the chapter on resizing/reloading.  Very interesting stuff!
