Brass front bead on Pardner shotguns
« on: August 30, 2010, 10:36:21 AM »
Are the brass front beads on the 12 and 20 g barrels  pressed in, screwed in, or soldered in?    I want to replace my brass with a firesight type of bead but didn't know what I may be getting into in order to replace it.     All wisdom welcome ;D  and thanks ahead of time!!

Threaded and it takes a tight grip with vise grips other wise the vise grips just spin on the bead
