Paper shells

I was looking at cannonfuse.com and saw some paper shells that come in a variety of sizes. Has anyone ever thought of using those as projectiles?  They could be filled with flour or another inert substance then wrapped with kraft tape.  Not sure how they would hold up to firing.

or you could use some wood plugs and fill them with sand to get some weight in them
you could fasten the plugs with a stapler gun

One always considers EVERYTHING cylindrical as a potential bullet.

I've filled pvc pipe with concrete and copper tubing with silicone potting compound.

Cardboard tubes could get filled with a variety of things ....   ;D
