I made the mistake once by loading new brass and expecting it to chamber. I have a Sig / Sauer Mod. 200 in 9.3 X 62 and loaded some brand new RWS brass and found out I could not close the bolt on the loaded rounds
Bummer, It might not happen alot but "new" brass is made on high speed machinery and has to vary a little + or - from a standard.
Now I set up my sizing die a tiny bit from touching the shell holder and run a few of the new cases thru and see if they will chamber. If they do , I load them at that setting for the first time.
After you fire them the first time you may have to adjust to suit your gun's likes or dislikes.
